LIYUAN PISTON PRODUCING CO., LTD IS LOCATED IN CANGZHOU ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE. It has the staff of 600 including 100 technicians and more than 20 senior engineers. As the leader products, Liyuan Brand piston and cylinder are used widely to the automobile, diesel engine, air-compressor, motorcycle and ship. The co***ny owns the 16advanced piston processing lines, two cylinder assembly lines, 14 automatic and semi-automatic piston bland casting machines, 350-odd maintaining and testing machines, which have the surface processing ability with oxidation of anode, bonderizing and the spray of graphite. The co***ny also has the measuring equipment, such as spectrograph imported from Germany, metallograph, high-power microscope and camber line tester, so high quality can be guaranteed from the material to the product. All kinds of piston with 30-400mm diameter can be made and designed according to the customersÕ orders. The sale volume reaches 6 million RMB.
SINCE THE LIYUAN BRAND PISTON had been put into the market, it has already matched with many domestic automobile engine producing co***nies after the Quality Control DivisionÕs testing, it is claimed that the Liyuan Brand Piston reaches the national standards. The sample which was sent to an American co***ny in 1996 passed 500 hours bench test and got great success with one-time running, and some index even passed the national standers and the co***ny has already passed ISO 9002 Quality Control System Identification in August 1999 and the QS 90020 Automobile Quality Control Identification in September, 2003.
